A: Each order comes with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not happy

A: No! Since 1996, our privacy policy has been simple. We will NEVER share
any of your personal information with anyone or with any company. We are
committed to and respect your privacy and appreciate the opportunity of doing
business with you. You may receive e-mails from us in the future regarding any
promotions or new items. If you choose not to receive these e-mails, you have the
option to unsubscribe.
- Q: What if I do not like sending my credit card over the Web?
A: Don't Worry. You can feel safe ordering through our Secure Server. All
orders placed on our site are protected using Secure Socket Layer encryption
provided by Thawte Consulting. Your credit card data is transferred to our server
in an encrypted form and cannot be viewed by a third party. Rest assured that
we make every effort in protecting your personal and credit card information.
- Q: My pet does not match the exact color combinations as seen on the Web.
Can you help?
A: Look carefully, as we have added many new, custom color combinations. If
you still can't find what you're looking for, you can request a minor change in
the comments section at the bottom of the order form. Any changes can delay
your order 1-2 weeks, depending on the time of year.
- Q: I like your graphics; can I use some of your artwork for my business?
A: Absolutely Not! All contents appearing on our web sites or in our printed
catalogs and materials such as graphics, text, logos, head images, layout and
programming are the property of Live In Love, Inc. d/b/a Family Labels. All
images, including but not limited to the faces and all original artwork and
designs are protected by copyright and are exclusively for the use of Family
Labels. Any other use without the express written consent of Live In Love, Inc.
d/b/a Family Labels is strictly prohibited. Family Labels reserves the right to
pursue all legal remedies against any person and/or company who infringes on
these rights. All rights are reserved.
- Q: I am Latin and have tan skin, what skin color do you recommend I
choose?
A: We recommend FAIR SKIN for family members with Olive/Tan complexions or if
you are Asian.
- Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Overnight, 2-3 Days and Standard Delivery are some available options.

- Q: Do you accept checks or money orders?
A: Yes, we accept both. Print and fill out the order page and send your

A: Call us toll free at 1-800-935-3864 or (954) 791-9122 between the hours of
8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Eastern Time. Please have your order number handy for
fast service.
- Q: What are the differences between your catalog and the web?
A: Our web site will always be the most up to date. Please visit us on the
web for our latest products, designs and specials.
- Q: I wish I could preview my order. Is there a preview option?
A: You will be able to preview each family head with the hair and skin color
along with your pets. You will not be able to see previews of heads with
facial features or with hat/accessory colors changes at this time.
- Q: I am trying to choose a head for myself, but I cannot find one that
looks like me. Can you custom create a new head?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to create a new head due to the time it
takes. We have over 300 standard heads, each with hundreds of custom
combinations, for a total of 1,000,000+ variations. Look Carefully! Hopefully you will
find a head design that is similar to you.
- Q: Do you sell your products to customers in other countries other than
the United States and Canada?
A: Yes, we can manufacture any of our products for any countries, but the
order must ship within the United States or Canada. VERY IMPORTANT: To avoid
problems, please type all names out and the address on separate lines in the
comments section at the bottom of the order form page. Also, indicate which line is
the address, city, country, and postal code. Also indicate if the country
should be printed on your product.
- Q: My name includes special characters like an umlaut or an accent; can
you add them?
A: Unfortunately, the Web cannot distinguish special characters, and the
computer will change them to a misspelled letter. We can add special characters;
simply spell the name without the special character on the order form and
describe the proper spelling in the comments section at the bottom of the page.

- Q: If a head does not have a bow, can I request it?
A: Yes, you can request a bow in the comments section on the bottom of the
order form page. VERY IMPORTANT: Please specify the head you need the bow on and
the color.
- Q: I live in Canada. What will the amount be in Canadian dollars?
A. When ordering by credit card, Canadian Dollars will be converted
automatically to U.S. Dollars by your financial institution. When writing a check,
please review the current exchange rate. Please convert $1 U.S. to $1.25
Canadian. This is an estimate, but the actual exchange may be slightly more or less.
For example: 178 address labels are $27.95 U.S. or $34.95 Canadian, plus
postage.
- Q: What other products do you have?
A: We manufacture Note Pads, Contact Cards, Cupid Wedding Labels, Address
Labels, Birth Announcements, Shipping Labels, Moving Announcements, Luggage Tags,

- Q: Can I choose a hat or bow color?
A: Yes, you can choose from 14 colors on the order form page.
- Q: Can I request a Baseball Hat on any head?
A: We do have standard heads with baseball hats already. If you would like to
add a baseball hat with a front view like head #108, request this in the
comments section on the bottom of the order form page.

- Q: Why does it take so long to receive my order in Canada?
A: Orders are processed, created and shipped within 7-9 business days.
Add the time it takes for the U.S. Postal Service, Customs and Canada Post,
final delivery can be up to 5 weeks. Please have patience.
