- Q: I have 8 family members. Can we order your products with 8 heads?
A: Yes, a maximum of 8 heads are available when requested.
- Go to the "Place Your Order" link on the left sidebar on any product web site.
- Fill in your 7 family selections and press the "I'm Finished" button.
- Complete the order form and at the bottom you will see "Comments/Suggestions Section"
- Type in the additional Head Number, Name, tell us the Hair and Skin color and any Facial features for the eight family member. If choosing a pet, all you need is the Head Number and Name. Remember, your heads will be smaller, but very clear.
- Q: What if there is an error with my order?
A: Each order comes with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee less shipping cost. If you are not happy with your order, we are not happy. Please call us toll free at 1-800-935-3864 or (954) 791-9122 and simply tell us the problem. Please have your order number handy for fast service.
- Q: Do you share any personal information with a third party?
A: No! Since 1996, our privacy policy has been simple. We will NEVER share any of your personal information with anyone or with any company. We are committed to and respect your privacy and appreciate the opportunity of doing business with you. You may receive e-mails from us in the future regarding any promotions or new items. If you choose not to receive these e-mails, you have the option to unsubscribe.
- Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Overnight, 2 Day and Standard Delivery are some available options. Please review the Shipping Information page for details.
- Q:My name includes special characters like an umlaut and an accent acute; can you add them?
A: Unfortunately, the Web cannot distinguish special characters, and the computer may change them to a misspelled letter. We can add special characters; simply spell the name without the special character on the order form and describe the proper spelling in the comments section at the bottom of the page. - Q: I like your artwork and graphics; can I use some of your artwork for my business?
A: Absolutely Not! All contents appearing on our web sites or in our printed catalogs and materials such as graphics, text, logos, head images, layout and programming are the property of Live In Love, Inc. d/b/a Family Labels. All images, including but not limited to the faces and all original artwork and designs are protected by copyright and are exclusively for the use of Family Labels. - Q: What are the differences between your catalog and the web?
A: Our web site will always be the most up to date. Please visit us on the web for our latest products, designs and specials.
- Q: Do you accept checks or money orders?
A: Yes, we accept both. Print and fill out the order page and send your payment to: Family Labels, 3400 Southwest 26th Terrace, Suite A-3, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33312
- Q: Can I request a bow?
A: Yes, you can request a bow in the comments section at the bottom of the order form page. VERY IMPORTANT: Please specify the head you need the bow on and the color of the bow.
- Q: Can I request a Special Hat on one of my heads?
A: We do have special hats that have been created that are not available when you place your order.

- Q: Do you sell your products in countries other than the United States and Canada?
A: Yes, we can manufacture any of our products for most countries. We prefer to ship to a third party in the United States or Canada. We will send your order directly to you via FedEx International. VERY IMPORTANT: To avoid problems, please type all names out and the address on separate lines in the comments section at the bottom of the order form page. Also, indicate which line is the address, city, and postal code. Also include your country and indicate if you want it printed on your order.
- Q: I do not like sending my credit card information over the Web?
A: Don't Worry. You can feel safe ordering through our Secure Server. All orders placed on our site are protected using Secure Socket Layer encryption provided by Thawte Consulting. Your credit card data is transferred to our server in an encrypted form and cannot be viewed by a third party. Rest assured that we make every effort in protecting your personal data and credit card information.
- Q: My pet does not match the exact color combinations as seen on the Web. Can you help?
A: Look carefully, as we have added many new, custom color combinations. If you still can't find what you're looking for, you can request a minor change in the comments section at the bottom of the order form. Any changes can delay your order 1-2 weeks, depending on the time of year.
